1 x DMI Ball - Inflatable - 22cm - Type 1
The DMI Ball is used in various exercises from Introductory to Intermediate.
Exercises use the ball fully inflated, and there are also exercises where the ball is deflated. It's recommended that you purchase two balls.
Balls are sent deflated and need to be inflated.
Note:> Optional extras are available to accompany the standard basic set and the extended set.
> Most components are available separately and can be ordered separately via our website.
