The Bungee Cord Kit is used for suspension lifting and other exercises in various Cage Therapy Protocols and other Therapy Exercises that require Suspension and Resistance.
These Bungees are designed and manufactured specifically for use in Suspension and Resistance exercises.
The bungee cords are made using 10mm-diameter high-quality premium commercial latex elastic with a polyester cover and 130% elasticity.
Each cord includes two 2-quality carabiners, is double-crimped, and has securely wrapped ends.
The carabiners are quality, rust-resistant, 8mm x 80mm.
